Founder and President

Erin is a native of sunny Southern California who moved to NYC to pursue her dream of working for the UN. However, she ended up working in finance for 8 years and is now a stay at home mom in NJ with 2 young boys. 

She got her start in the non profit world at the Robin Hood Foundation, working on projects including various outreach programs, the Lemonaid Project, the annual Investor Conference, and Holiday programs. 

Erin’s other passion are tennis and traveling, but education has always been at the forefront. She graduated in 2000 from the University of Southern California with a BA in International Relations, followed by a dual Masters program in Europe (MA from the University of Exeter (England) in European Studies, and an MA from the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) in Latin American Studies ((Maestria de Estudios Latinoamericanos). 

Co-Founder

Brandyn is a native Texan who moved to NYC for her husband in 2006.  She spent the first 10 years of her career in property management and transitioned into employment staffing for Fortune 500 Companies. In 2013 and a as a result of a growing family including 3 boys, Brandyn co-founded Lady Savant, a women's entrepreneurial networking organization she directed for over 7 years.  Recently, the business has rebranded to Soul-dify.com, where she now not only connects people but helps entrepreneurs build their business through one-on-one/group coaching.  She also virtually matches, introduces, and connects entrepreneurs to others to help build their network their business in a private club called the BBF Network (Best Business Friends).

Giving back to others has always been a passion of hers. She gets it honestly. Her mother planted those seeds as a child when she took her and her sisters to nursing homes, helped the homeless, adopted families during Christmas, and let her go to mission trips in Jr. High to Mexico. Her motto is no deed is is too small and kindness is the key to true happiness. Just a smile to another can make a difference.  As a parent, she believes if we expose our kids to helping others in need, it can and will make the world a better place.

Brandyn is a boy mom of three young boys, 10,8,6 that are her world.  She thrives on inspiring and help others transform their dreams to reality. Got an idea...spill it, and she can help you make it happen. :) She has a BA in Communications from Texas A&M.

Board Member

Meghan Buchert is a Food Scientist from the New York metropolitan area and has a degree in chemistry and biology. She is the creator of Jardin Infusion Florale, a Super Premium, Floral Infused 3 Calorie Shimmering Champagne & Spirits Mixer.
Meghan loves spending time near the ocean with her two little boys and husband. She find inspiration for her creative work through the subtle nuances of nature.

I believe that the children of this world, regardless of the levels of corruption in their homeland, if given the tools of Education and Empowerment can and will become future leaders toward moral and peaceful change. Where education is not a privilege for some but a human right for all.”
A portion of proceeds of Jardin goes toward “The Girls be Ambitious” program, a program that helps keep young girls out of sex trafficking and in school

Board Member  

Morgan is Vice President of Client Relations focusing on Corporate Interiors in New York City for Corgan, a leading architecture and design firm. An 18-year veteran in the A/E/C industry, her experience initially started working onsite having served in the roles of project engineer, project manager and into business development on both the West Coast and East Coast. Morgan is a Los Angeles native and proud to call New York City her home the past 7.5 years.

In addition to her role at Corgan, she is a hard-working mom of a loving and extremely active 5 year old little girl. While being a mom and wife comes first, her desire to be career focused with many other passions around philanthropy keeps Morgan very busy! She loves to volunteer her time and fundraise for many wonderful organizations such as MS Society, HELP USA, St. Francis Food Pantries, Boys & Girls Club, Publicolor and now serves as a new board member of the Lady Savant Foundation.  

As a board member for the Lady Savant Foundation, she has been instrumental in helping to build awareness and gather new volunteers and participants through her industry network. It is Morgan’s passion to continue fundraising and helping to organize future opportunities to get others involved in the foundations mission.

Co-Founder 

Mariel is a mom, entrepreneur, and business coach. She has been a student of the metaphysical book A Course In Miracles for over a decade and she practices Transcendental Meditation as taught by The David Lynch Foundation.

Over the past 10 years Mariel has built 7 successful businesses (6 of them with her BFF and partner Brandyn Randolph).

Her mission is to enjoy and celebrate  life with her family which includes two young boys and to connect women to their own creative and divine greatness. 

Mariel loves fashion, art, yoga and is a trained wine enthusiast. She is a graduate of the University of Houston where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and A Bachelor of Arts in Communication but she is constantly fueling her hustle by taking courses and learning from people who inspire her.
